AplWatch42-34R-HomeScreen-PRINT-1You probably didn't get everything you wanted for the holidays. A person can only receive so many ties, coffee mugs, and candles before enough is enough, right?

In case the presents under your tree left you wanting this winter, Business Insider shared a few tech gadgets you can look forward to in 2015.

Their list includes new smartphones from Samsung, including the Galaxy S6 and a phone with a bendable screen, as well as a new HTC phone and a cult favorite in the OnePlus--which you can only get with an invitation from the Chinese company.

Smart watches should also be big in 2015 thanks to new versions from Samsung and Pebble, and video game enthusiasts may finally get the virtual reality technology they've been promised for years with new headsets expected to launch this year.

Microsoft will hopefully be improving on its critically received Windows 8 operating system this year, and the company may have a new tablet to compete with Apple's iPad Mini.

Apple, meanwhile, is getting ready to launch its long-awaited smart watch, as well as an extra-large iPad.

Drones and robots topped the list, including the Parrot Bebop Drone--with a dedicated flight controller--and one that acts as a flying camera. The Apple Watch appears here too, although it's listed for pre-order only.

The list also includes "FitBits" for dogs and cars, streaming TV devices, and a navigation unit for your bicycle. "Smart Home" devices and portable Bluetooth speakers were a big hit too.

HCSS's own Femi Ariyo even suggested some of his own most coveted techie gifts for the holidays. As it turns out, employees at a software company have a long technological wish list.

And if your wish list includes new technology to improve your construction business in 2015, HCSS has a suite of software products for estimating, job management, dispatching, equipment maintenance and more that can help you work more efficiently, including a line of products designed to work right from your smartphone or tablet. Our mobile apps give you the ability to work in the field in real time and report directly to your office.

Our 2015 Users Group Meetings can also help you discover new technology and create a plan to use them to improve your business this year. In one of two three-day meetings in January and February, you can learn from our product specialists, network with industry peers, get one-on-one expert support, and impact future software releases.
