Start Using HCSS's Equipment Dispatching Software with Convenient Online Implementation

HCSS's online implementation for The DispatcherIt's tough to have your dispatcher out of the office to learn new software for a few hours let alone a few days implementing at the HCSS Campus. For this reason HCSS has created a convenient online implementation program for The Dispatcher, our dispatching software that electronically keeps track of all your equipment and employees.

Our program ensures your dispatcher will be using the software in just two days and become a skilled user in five weeks, without ever having to leave the office. Breaking the implementation into smaller segments allows your dispatcher to absorb the material better and implement a fuller range of features that the software has to offer.

As some of our first customers to implement The Dispatcher online, we spoke with Mike Gilbert from Nelson & Sons Construction Company and Diane Serowka from Berger Excavating Contractors Inc. about their experience.

Diane Serowka, Berger Excavating Contractors Inc.
HCSS: Do you see the advantages working at a slower pace online compared to training onsite for two straight days?
Diane Serowka: Absolutely yes.  We were able to work in it in between sessions and discovered questions as we went. We thought the implementation went very well.
Were you able to easily grasp the software training remotely or were there challenges in the way?
DS: Yes, the trainer was great at helping us set up a system that works in our business environment. Implementation Specialist Ben Tucker has been awesome to work with and very straight forward. I really like how I was able to be in the drivers seat and control the boards. It’s a great way to learn and also a great way to come across questions I may have never thought of otherwise.
What was your favorite part about being able to implement online?
DS: The ease of setting up training sessions that were convenient for us.

MG: Yes, it was the right pace and we had no challenges.
What was your favorite part about being able to implement online?
MG: Using the software with the support of the trainer watching and helping along the way.
What successes have you seen so far using The Dispatcher?
MG: The history and reports it creates.
Were you quickly up and running with The Dispatcher?
MG: Yes, I started to use it on the second day of training and haven’t stopped since.
