IMG_2651The 2015 HCSS Users Group Meetings are fast approaching, and registrations are filling up faster than ever.

Almost 450 people are already signed up to attend one of the three-day sessions, which will be held Jan. 28-30 and Feb. 19-21, 2015, at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Houston.

That’s a 33 percent increase in registrations over 2014, HCSS Marketing Manager Kara MacDonald said.

And it’s not just general registration that is climbing rapidly. This year, classes are already filling up as registrants are picking their schedules early.

MacDonald said in the past, more attendees chose to register without choosing classes right away.

“Something new we’ve done is offer recommended schedules to solve common business problems, focusing on estimating, operations, equipment, and technology,” she said. “Because of this, classes are filling up more quickly than usual. It’s easy to put together a schedule.”

Early-bird registration is another reason to sign up soon. The $200 discount ends Dec. 31, 2014, after which registrants will pay full price. Hotel space is also dwindling quickly.

IMG_4001-1The 2015 Users Group Meetings will offer classes on how to use HCSS software more efficiently, how to solve common business problems, and how to implement new technology in your business. It’s also a chance to network with industry peers, get one-on-one help from our product and industry experts, and impact future HCSS product releases by voicing your opinion and suggesting new features.

There are also fun and games to be had as HCSS holds its annual Casino Night, Pinewood Derby, and a new prize raffle, where you have a chance to win a 65-inch Samsung 4k Ultra-HD Smart LED curved television, an HP Sprout computer, and more.
